The following functions can be performed by dialling special feature codes on your handset.

These codes can be setup a speed-dial keys on your phone – please contact us for more information.

CallerID presentation adjustChange the default Caller ID which is presented on outbound calls from this extension/phone. This will change the default Caller ID for this extension unless the number is subsequently changed in our account portal, or if you run this feature code again with an alternative number. You can only change the number to DID’s which exist on your account. The number must be in e.164 format without +*31*{did}*31*61894883344Any extension.
Toggle BLF switchSpecial switch to change routing of calls inside a custom IVR. X can be 1 through 9 #Notes# Simtex must have scripted these for you. Toggle night mode switchSpecial switch to enable/disable night mode for a given primary inbound account. #Notes# Simtex must have scripted these for you.
