Direct In-Dial Numbers (DID)
A DID or Direct-In-Dial is essentially a phone number. This number is routed to your telephony equipment via VoIP (SIP).

We can allocate DID numbers in most areas across Australia. Some regions may take a few days, but generally we have numbers in the following areas available at all times:
• Perth
• Melbourne
• Sydney
• Adelaide
• Brisbane
· Gold Coast
• Darwin

Simtex offers a simple solution for those of us who need to receive paper dinosaurs - faxes!
A simple $8.00 per month fee, plus an additional or existing DID for $1.95 per month is all that's required to have your own virtual fax service. Faxes sent to you are delivered via e-mail with a PDF attachment.
