Simtex Account Portal now supports multiple access levels

Request Super User Access

Depending on the subscription type, important options are now hidden from end user accounts.  This is to prevent accidental changes which could be business impacting.

Our new account portal allows you to manage all of your Simtex services in one place, giving you full access to move phone numbers around and make changes.

Super User

All voice and fax product subscriptions are visible to a Super User, and changes can be made to all subscriptions with the one login.

This account has access to all functions, including handset, account and number management depending on the subscription types you have with us.

We are issuing new Super User access accounts to adhere to strict new security protocols.  If you do not have an account access login, authorised account maintainers may request one – please click here for more info.

End User

An End User can only see and make changes to the individual account they are logging in as.
They are granted access to the following functions:

  • Voicemail enable/disable and destination changes
  • Call forwarding
  • Night mode (Primary Inbound only)
  • Extension label, Caller ID name
  • Edit handset BLF keys and labels
  • Block Caller ID
  • List of assigned DID numbers
  • Fax destination e-mail address (Fax subscriptions only)
