IVR Designer

A powerful visual drag-and-drop IVR builder that lets you design complex call flows directly from the Simtex portal. Build menus, time-based routing, ring groups, queues, voicemail, and custom logic — all without needing to call support.

Corporate Directory & LDAP

A full address book system with support for global, team, and subscription-level contact directories. Compatible VoIP handsets can search and browse your corporate directory directly from the phone's screen via LDAP.

Cloud PBX Call Handling

The full suite of call handling features available on every Simtex Cloud PBX subscription:

  • Voicemail Direct — send callers straight to voicemail without ringing the handset
  • Caller ID Presentation — per-handset and per-call caller ID override via feature codes
  • Group Paging & Intercom — one-way broadcast paging and two-way intercom with auto-answer
  • Call Parking — park calls and retrieve them from any extension
  • Internal/External Distinctive Ring — different ring tones for internal vs external calls
  • 1300 Geographic Forwarding — route 1300/1800 numbers based on caller location
  • Voicemail Pre-Auth — secure voicemail access with PIN verification
  • Voicemail Notify — email notifications with audio attachment when messages are left
