Configure and manage inbound call routing, IVR menus, and call queues
Night Mode
You can adjust night mode when logged in as an End User or Super User. If logged in as End User, you must login using the Primary Inbound account and password.
Forwarding Calls
Will forward all inbound calls to the requested number, with no exceptions.
Ring Groups
You can adjust ring groups when logged in as an End User or Super User. If logged in as End User, you must login using the Primary Inbound account and password.
