## Call Forwarding

Forward calls to an Australian mobile, landline, 1300, 1800 or 13 number. Green codes turn a forward on, red codes turn it off.

## Switches

Switch night mode and custom IVR routing on and off. Each code toggles: dial it once to turn on, again to turn off.

## Caller ID

Choose which of your company's numbers people see when you call them.

| Code | Feature | What it does | Example |

| `*31*{did}` | **Change your default caller ID** | Change the default Caller ID presented on outbound calls from this extension to a number your company owns. It stays until you change it in the account portal or run this code again with another number. The number must be in E.164 format without the leading +. | `*31*61894883344` |
| `*2{slot}{destination}` | **Caller ID for one call** | Dial an outbound call using a pre-configured Caller ID slot (1 through 9) for this call only. Prefix the destination number with *2 followed by the slot number. ## Voicemail

Check messages, or send a caller straight to someone's mailbox. Blind-transfer a call to a *81, *82 or *83 code to drop the caller into that mailbox.

| `*81{extension}` or `*81{account-number}` | **Leave a voicemail – unavailable** | Send a call directly to a mailbox with the ‘unavailable’ greeting.Applies to: extensions with voicemail enabled. | `*81201` |
| `*82{extension}` or `*82{account-number}` | **Leave a voicemail – busy** | Send a call directly to a mailbox with the ‘busy’ greeting.Applies to: extensions with voicemail enabled. | `*82203` |
| `*83{extension}` or `*83{account-number}` | **Leave a voicemail – no greeting** | Send a call directly to a mailbox with no greeting. The caller hears a beep and can leave a message straight away.Applies to: extensions with voicemail enabled. | `*83201` |

## Calling & Pickup

Talk to colleagues, make announcements and answer calls from your desk.

| Code | Feature | What it does | Example |

| `*80{extension}` | **Intercom** | Place an intercom call to another extension. The receiving phone auto-answers with two-way audio for an immediate hands-free conversation. | `*80201` |
| `*60{extension}` | **Page a group** | Page a group. The receiving phones auto-answer with one-way audio so you can make an announcement.Applies to: broadcast/hunt groups. | `*60301` |
| `*87{extension}` or `*87{account-number}` | **Pick up a ringing phone** | Pick up a call which is currently ringing on another extension. | `*87201` |
| `*10` | **Last caller** | Hear the last caller and call them back. | `*10` |
| `*99` | **Echo test** | Hear your own voice played back, to check your audio. | `*99` |

## Parking

Put a call on hold in a park slot, then pick it up from any phone.

| Code | Feature | What it does | Example |

| `*700` | **Park a call** | Park the current call so it can be picked up from another phone. | `*700` |
| `*701` to `*7XX` | **Retrieve a parked call** | Retrieve a parked call by dialling its park slot. | `*701` |

## Queues

Log in and out of call queues, and keep an eye on them with BLF keys.

| `*70*{account}*{queue}` | **Queue log in / out**ToggleBLF key | Toggle your membership in a call queue. When logged out, calls in the queue are not delivered to your extension. | `*79*{queue-owner}*{queue}` | **Queue BLF / transfer to queue**BLF key | Subscribe to this code as a BLF key to monitor a queue, or transfer a call directly into a queue. | `*79*78622559*01` |
