## Everything Voxbox did — and a lot more

Voxbox gave you a single number that answered, played your greeting, recorded the message, and emailed it to you. Simtex keeps all of that and adds real call control on top:

- **Unlimited inbound minutes** — every call your number answers, every voicemail transcribed by AI. No more 200/500/1000 caps.
- **AI voicemail transcription, no length limit** — read messages as text, with appointments, phone numbers and key details pulled out automatically.
- **Drag-and-drop call designer** — build menus, route to numbers or recordings, change your call flow yourself in minutes.
- **Schedules & forwarding** — forward on a schedule, route to a mobile, send to a different team after hours. Outbound to landlines is unlimited; calls forwarded to mobiles are billed at **$0.089/min**.
- **SMS notifications** — get a text when a voicemail arrives. Charged at $0.20 per 140-character SMS. Your existing Voxbox SMS destinations are migrated across.

## We set up a basic IVR for you — like-for-like with your Voxbox service

![We set up a basic IVR for you — like-for-like with your Voxbox service](https://www.simtex.com.au/uploads/ivr_designer_basic_vm_1d20f37759.png)

During migration we automatically build a basic IVR with three steps — exactly mirroring what your Voxbox service does today:

    1. **Answer the call**

    2. **Play your greeting**

    3. **Send the caller to voicemail**

It lands working out of the box. No setup, no learning curve — your callers get the same experience they have today.

Want to do more? Log into [account.mycloudvoip.com.au](https://account.mycloudvoip.com.au) and use our drag-and-drop IVR Designer to add a menu, route by time of day, forward to a mobile, or send to a different team after hours.

## See the designer in action

A live call flow takes shape — drag, drop, connect, publish.

## Route calls by time and date

Open hours, after hours, public holidays — set it once and let the system follow your schedule. Calls go where they should without you lifting a finger.

## How your migration works

You start it from the Voxbox portal. We do the rest.

1. **Log into your Voxbox portal** _(You)_
Open the Voxbox portal and head to Account Settings → Migrate Account. You'll see the migrate-to-Simtex form (shown below).
2. **Enter payment + billing details in Voxbox** _(You)_
Voxbox can't pass your stored card across, so you re-enter card holder, card number, expiry, contact mobile and a billing address. The form sends straight to our payment provider — Voxbox doesn't store your card, and neither do we (only our PCI-compliant provider does). We need the billing address because Simtex is a registered telco and that's required for any service capable of outbound calls.
3. **Save your new mycloudvoip password** _(You)_
Your new Simtex username and password are shown on the Voxbox confirmation page. Copy the password somewhere safe — Voxbox will only display it once. (You can change it anytime once you log in.)
4. **We provision your new service** _(We)_
Your Cloud PBX service is provisioned on PhoneEssentials, your number is ported across, and your voicemail destinations + greetings are imported automatically. Your existing SMS notification destinations come across too.
5. **Welcome email arrives** _(We)_
You receive a welcome email confirming your service is live. Your Simtex username is your account number plus @mycloudvoip.com.au (e.g. 100123@mycloudvoip.com.au). The email links to your dashboard and reminds you that you can change your password anytime.
6. **Manage your service** _(You)_
Run your voicemail, build IVRs, schedule call flows and update your password at account.mycloudvoip.com.au — your VoIP control centre.
7. **Manage billing & invoices** _(You)_
Payment methods, invoices and account management live at https://account.zettagrid.com. Zettagrid owns Simtex; all financial management for any Zettagrid/Simtex service happens there.

## Migration questions, answered

**Q: Will my phone number change?**

A: No. We port your existing Voxbox number to Simtex, so your callers reach you on the same number.

**Q: What happens to my voicemail greetings and SMS notifications?**

A: Both are imported automatically. Your greetings/audio files come across so your callers hear the same messages, and your existing SMS notification destinations are migrated so the right person gets a text when a voicemail arrives.

**Q: Is it really unlimited?**

A: **Inbound is fully unlimited** — every call your number answers, every voicemail recorded, every AI transcription. No per-minute caps, no length limits on transcriptions.

**Outbound to Australian landlines** is unlimited too.

**Outbound to mobiles or external numbers** (for example when you forward or route a call out to a mobile) is charged at $0.089 per minute on PhoneEssentials rates.

**Q: How much does it cost?**

A: **$9.95/month total** = $8.95 PhoneEssentials plan + $1 AI voicemail transcription on special promo (normally $2). Still cheaper than the Voxbox 200, 500 and 1000 plans, with no minute caps.

**Q: How does SMS notification billing work?**

A: $0.20 per 140-character SMS, billed on top of the plan. Your existing Voxbox SMS destinations migrate across so you don't need to reconfigure them.

**Q: Why do you need my billing address and credit card during migration?**

A: Voxbox can't transfer your stored card to us — they store cards securely with their payment provider, so you re-enter them on our migrate form. The details go straight to our PCI-compliant payment provider; neither Voxbox nor Simtex stores your raw card number.

We need a billing address because Simtex is a registered Australian telco and our service can make outbound calls — that requires verified address details.

**Q: Where do I manage payment methods and invoices?**

A: At [account.zettagrid.com](https://account.zettagrid.com). Zettagrid owns Simtex and all billing across Zettagrid services lives there. To manage your VoIP service (voicemail, IVR, schedules) go to [account.mycloudvoip.com.au](https://account.mycloudvoip.com.au) instead.

**Q: What's my Simtex username and password?**

A: Your username is `<your account number>@mycloudvoip.com.au` — for example `100123@mycloudvoip.com.au`.

Your password is shown **once** on the Voxbox confirmation page during migration — copy it somewhere safe. A welcome email also confirms your username. You can change your password anytime at [account.mycloudvoip.com.au](https://account.mycloudvoip.com.au).

**Q: Who is Zettagrid, and why am I being moved to Simtex?**

A: Zettagrid is an Australian cloud and communications provider that owns Simtex. Voxbox is winding down its service and partnering with us to move customers across. Your VoIP service runs on Simtex Cloud PBX; your billing sits with Zettagrid.

**Q: Do I have to set anything up myself?**

A: Almost nothing. Once you submit the migrate form in your Voxbox portal we provision the service, port your number, import your greetings and SMS destinations, and email you a welcome. You only need to save the password Voxbox shows you and log in once it's live.

**Q: What if I have multiple numbers or services?**

A: We set them all up for you under one main account. You'll have a single login at [account.mycloudvoip.com.au](https://account.mycloudvoip.com.au) to manage every voicemail box, IVR and call flow — and a single bill from [account.zettagrid.com](https://account.zettagrid.com) covering everything.
