In addition to a Direct Route Trunk from Simtex, various licenses or add-ons are required to use voice in Teams.
Without the add-on, you cannot attach a phone number to a user, and the user cannot make outbound calls.

Different licenses are required depending on if your tenancy uses enterprise or ‘E’ Microsoft 365 plans, or small business plans.

Prices quoted are for standard business, including GST.  For educational pricing, please get in touch with us.
